Education is the cornerstone of any development initiative. But education for children cannot be achieved without addressing the deep rooted gender inequitable relations, power dynamics and social norms in India which add to the vulnerabilities and marginalization of women in many communities

Our on-ground programmes feature a strong gender component that allows men and women, boys and girls, to live with mutual respect and equal opportunities. Behavior change communication is the key element across all our projects to enhance awareness and strengthen the ability of women and their collectives to challenge and change unjust gender and social norms.

Alleviation of poverty has the potential to positively impact the lives of women through financial independence which directly correlates to social independence. We believe that the community benefits when its women are empowered.
We are driven by the vision of a world where all women, in particular women from underprivileged backgrounds enjoy full citizenship, earn with dignity and generate wealth and value for all. Our organization works across religious and social divides to enable resource-poor women to empower themselves.

A continuum of care means working with women and children from birth to adulthood in order to break the intergenerational cycle of poor health. Gender-based violence cuts across all stages along the continuum of care. We aim to ensure they have continuous access to and awareness of the health services they need to live a healthy and safe life.
Besides we work towards quality healthcare, keeping in mind a positive impact on the environment. We also work towards other causes that go hand-in-hand with healthcare, such as nutrition, taking sincere effort to achieve its ideals.

India is grappling with a deadly COVID-19 outbreak. More than 200,000 people have died due to a second coronavirus surge in India and hundreds of thousands of people are infected each day. Many are unable to get the medical help they need. More resources are needed now to respond to the outbreak in India, which has stretched the country's healthcare system to its limit. Thousands of people are at risk of being left to die without help.
The heart of our challenge since the onset of the pandemic, in India and globally, has been to continue our critical sexual and reproductive health work in an era where COVID-19 has complicated nearly every decision. Lockdowns, supply shortages, and at times, a fear of going to health facilities due to COVID-19 have challenged the continued provision of sexual and reproductive health care.
